VolliAnn provides professional virtual assistant services as an independent contractor. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status
   All services provided by VolliAnn are rendered as a 1099 independent contractor. No employer-employee relationship is created through any service agreement, retainer, or communication. Clients are not responsible for withholding taxes, providing benefits, or paying employment-related expenses.
    
2. Service Scope & Limitations
   VolliAnn offers administrative support services only. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional services. Any recommendations or insights shared are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal or financial advice.
    
3. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, timely communication, and necessary access to tools or systems for task completion. Failure to do so may impact turnaround time or service quality.
    
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
   All client data, business information, and proprietary content will be handled with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure and service agreements may be provided upon request or required for certain projects.
    
5. Payment Terms & Cancellation
   Services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Add-on hours or services will be invoiced separately. Cancellations require written notice within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
    
6. No Guarantees
   While VolliAnn strives to provide accurate, timely, and professional support, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Client success is a shared effort and depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
