Hi, I’m Holli Ann — the owner and founder of VolliAnn.  

VolliAnn was born from a blend of personal experience and professional purpose. As a woman living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to show up for work, life, and family when your body is fighting fatigue and chronic pain. And as a mom to twin girls, I’ve been the one who always has to take off work when they’re sick, manage the doctor’s visits, and still try to build something of my own.

I created VolliAnn not just as a business—but as a statement. A statement to my daughters that they have worth, no matter their path, and that flexibility, strength, and self-belief can coexist. I want them—and other women like me—to see that we don't have to fit into a 9-to-5 mold to contribute, succeed, and lead.

I understand what it feels like to use every ounce of sick time just to recover, to feel torn between caregiving and career, and to want something more sustainable, more human. VolliAnn is my solution to that problem—for myself and for others.

We blend smart technology with a personal touch, using AI and systems where they help, but always led by real people with heart. Our team is made up of individuals—many who are women and people with disabilities—who bring empathy, adaptability, and professionalism to every task.
