Hi, I'm Holli Ann, founder of VolliAnn.

I've always been someone who loves helping people succeed. Whether it's supporting a business owner behind the scenes, organizing complex projects, creating efficient systems, or mentoring fellow administrative professionals, I genuinely enjoy making someone else's day easier. It's what I'm good at, and it's what I love.

After more than 15 years supporting businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs—and 8 years in the real estate industry—I realized my greatest strength wasn't just staying organized. It was solving problems, creating order from chaos, and helping businesses move forward.

Life hasn't always made that easy. Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and recently walking through a breast cancer diagnosis taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of building a life that reflects what truly matters. Rather than letting those experiences define me, they inspired me to build something of my own—something that allows me to do meaningful work while helping others succeed.

That's why I created VolliAnn.

My vision is simple: to help business owners spend less time buried in administrative work and more time doing what they do best. Whether we're managing projects, coordinating transactions, creating SOPs, organizing workflows, or handling the day-to-day details, our goal is to move mountains so our clients can keep climbing.

As VolliAnn grows, my hope is to build a team of talented administrative professionals who share the same passion for helping others. I believe great support can transform a business, and I want every client to feel like they have a trusted partner who is just as invested in their success as they are.
